To enable pedestrian access into a new basement car park, Phi Group installed an anchored Timber Crib solution in close proximity to an existing

| pedestrian footpath. The location of the footpath only 1.5m behind the face of the bank, lead to severe restrictions on working space and temporary works. 3 rows of ground anchors were installed by Phi Group, before facing the anchor heads with a curved Timber Crib wall (8.5m radius), giving the required aesthetic finish. After a trial anchor was installed and tested, the remaining anchors and the 72m2 of Timber Crib were finished within one and a half weeks. |
