Cycle Way Permacrib
| One of the worlds largest banks has constructed its new World Headquarters in Scotland on the outskirts of Edinburgh and with over 3000 employees on the premises transportation is an important consideration. |
| The banks facilities include a new decked car park and cycle way to enable safe pedestrian and cycle access to and from the site. The contract for the cycleway was awarded to Crummock (Scotland) Ltd of Midlothian, of which an important part was the requirement for retaining walls. |
| A £100,000 contract for Permacrib timber retaining walls, designed, supplied and built by Phi Group Limited was specified by the contractors. |
| Phi Group was awarded the contract due to its ability to design, supply and build the walls within budget, and meet a tight delivery time.
