| In response to expanding levels of business in the South East, Phi Group is pleased to announce that it now has an established office in Mereworth, just outside Maidstone, in Kent. |

| Phi Group will exhibit their range of retaining solutions at Civils 2006 held during 28-30 November 2006, at the Olympia Exhibition Centre in London.
