Largest Permacrib Timber Crib Order in Phi Group History

Phi Group’s Scottish Division has recently secured the largest ever single Permacrib order in the company’s history. Miller Homes has appointed Phi Group to Design, Supply & Install some £1,230,000 worth of Permacrib timber crib retaining walls at their flagship project Bearsden, Glasgow. The project is a joint venture between Miller Homes and Muse Developments, part of the Morgan Sindall Group. Phi Group has been assisting the Client for the last 8 months providing support and technical advice to develop the most cost effective solution.

Phi Group will construct 6 Permacrib walls, while their sister company Keller Geotechnique will carry out a portion of temporary soil nailing to facilitate construction of one of the Permacrib timber crib retaining walls. Construction has commenced on site with an expected duration  of approximately 4 months.
