Process

Phi Group's Polycrib recycled plastic crib wall system is manufactured using plastic waste from the UK, by Plastecowood at their factory in North Wales. The various products that they produce, use 40 million plastic containers every year, saving 1 million kgs of carbon going to landfill.

An alternative to our timber and concrete crib wall systems, Polycrib uses header and stretcher components to create silos that are filled with a graded stone to give it the required mass. The unique design for Polycrib minimises the number of components required to make it as cost effective as possible.
